I have no options to set alarms through my device or on the app. I currently have a fitbit versa

On your Versa, swipe left to apps.  Alarms should be on one the the apps screens.  IF it is not there, add the app from your app.  Click the 'Account' icon near top right, then 'Versa', then 'Apps'.  If Alarms is not listed under 'My Apps', click 'All Apps', look for 'Alarms' and add it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
