Setting up replacement tracker

I've just received my replacement tracker for my blaze but it will not let me set up new device as instructed it just keeps trying to sync my old one. Any suggestions? TIA.

Hello @DaniZem, it's nice to have new faces around the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering how it goes, were you able to set up your replacement tracker?

 

If you are still in need of help, in order to set up a replacement you need to pair the tracker with your existing account. How to do it is very simple:

 

On your app, tap on Account located in the right upper corner. Then you will see the screen from below, so the only thing you need to do is tap on set up a device.

By selecting the option from above you will be able to add your the other tracker and replacing the existing one.
