I'm not sure where else to post this cause I'm not seeing a form for the app, but I have a versa 3 if that means anything, app is being used on an Android phone.
Currently though it seems like the app will not open ANY settings, from the watch settings all the way down to the phone app settings, all settings are just white screen, that's it...
I have forced stop the app, restarted my phone, made sure the app was updated, even went as far as to uninstall and reinstall the app, nothing, all settings stay white screened.
Is anyone else having this problem and know of how to maybe fix it ...

Hi @KibaFloof - the white screen is one of the bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App. Currently no fix for it.
Fitbit don't allow officiallly installing the stable V3 version which works fine.

@Guy_ ok, thank you, cause I had reached out to the company, and all they tell me is make sure your updated to the newest version, and everyone else o have asked that I know uses fit but doesn't seem to have the problem, I'm glad it's a known issue in the community and not just my app being stupid.

@KibaFloof This issue seems to be an Android only issue. Fitbit is aware of the problem. but there is no time frame for a fix. I moved the thread to the Android app forum, a better fit. If you were an iPhone user, then a new bug report would get filed. I hope Fitbit fixes this soon, as it seems to be affecting several different features in the app.

@LZeeW thank you for moving it, this is my first time ever really being on the forms so I'm not sure where to move stuff or post stuff and it was only giving me options to post in the actual Fitbit forums.
Ya, hopefully they fix it soon, I have had a lot of apps on my watch that have disconnected and do to not being able to access their settings in the phone, I can't reconnect them.
