Hi

My wife was given a Fitbit as a present and it was set up with her iPhone and her phone number. She decided the Fitbit wasn't her sort of thing and I could have it. I deleted her Fitbit account and uninstalled the app from the iPhone. I installed the android app on my OnePlus 3T and it's working fine as is the Fitbit. Only problem is the Fitbit shows me her SMS messages. How do I change the number to that of my OnePlus?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and all the details that were shared in your post. The reason why you're still receiving the text messages notifications of your wife is because the Bluetooth of the Alta HR is still bonded with her mobile device. That being said, I suggest you to check the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to re-setup the notifications feature of your Fitbit. Also, I recommend you to delete the Alta HR from the Bluetooth settings of your wife's iPhone.
