I'm trying to set up my fitbit mobile track but it doesn't seem to pop up? I can't afford to buy trackers for me and my pal so this was really a buzz kill when we tried to start working out

Welcome to the Community @HudsonDelarios. The reason why you are having problems pairing your tracker is because HTC A9 is not a compatible phone. But don't worry, I recommend following the setup procedure from a computer and once it is paired you can try to sync it with your phone. You can also keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

You mean using my phone as a tracker doesn't work for my phone? Dang that
