So I found it but it makes no sense. Why take a seemingly easy feature like sharing that is common in almost every internet connected app and make it available 5 taps deep where most won't find it.
Probably seems mundane to most but a friend of mine and I share our sleep data daily. I have no issue with the new format but why remove easy access to it.
It was moved to You -> Friends -> Feed -> What are you up to? -> Sleep -> tap the day.
From there share as you normally would.
