The sharing feature should be working basically the same way. Not sure exactly what could be causing this but I'd suggest making sure that you have the latest version for the Fitbit app. Once you've updated it, try to see if sharing works better.

I got the same issue, even update the app(android).
sharing with facebook, whatsapp or even email has the same issue.
very sure it is problem with fitbit app.

Same problem here. Samsung Galaxy S7, newest app. It only shares the photo, not the bottom with steps etc.

They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your account's behavior. Mention them that you have the latest app version so there's a better follow up of your case.
