Silent alarms and time wrong

I have a blaze and a,new Galaxy S8+. I am aware that it's not on the device list, please don't tell me again. Fortunately i still have my S6 and can still sync to that. I have turned syncing to manual on the S8 until it's compatible. 

 

This morning my silent alarm didn't go off. My time is 3 hours off and there's some crazy times where my old silent alarms were. Both phones are showing correct times and I have synced multiple times but still no luck. I have verified my settings show the correct time zone. 

 

How do I fix this?

Nevermind, it finally synced the right time.
