Sleep Logged Even when not wearing the FitBit!

Hei guys, so I have an issue with my FitBit HR for a while now. It shows that I am sleeping even though I am not wearing it! For example last night I wore it at 22:00 p.m when I was hitting the bed and now it shows and counts as I felt asleep at 21:20 p.m. Many times I take it off immediately when I wake up and till I sync it up to see my sleep time, it counts as well this 1-2 hours that I am NOT wearing it!!! 😕 Why??
Is there something I can do to fix it??

Welcome to the forums @Anna-Suomi! I'll be glad to help on this.

It seems as if your Charge HR took a nap without you! This can happen when you are wearing your tracker because of a low heart rate and lack of movement (like laying in bed) that is perceived as sleeping by your tracker. If you were not wearing it and it detected sleep, let's make sure that whenever you take it off, leave it on a surface that is undisturbed (like a table) and free of vibrations (for example a fan).

We still have a pending sleep log that is incorrect, right? Not to worry! You can edit your sleep following these steps.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions Cat Very Happy
