I suppose there was an update. The app presents sleep data differently. Have others noticed this?
I miss seeing how long episodes of awake, light, REM and deep sleep are

Can’t trust a bunch of engineers to do anything visually appealing. Please change the graphs back.

I'm going on this forum for the first time just to complain about the new way the sleep section is arranged. I absolutely hate it. It's way more difficult to read the charts, I want them to change it back to the old layout. The new charts are terrible and the way things are arranged throughout the entire sleep section is confusing, I have to go to multiple pages to piece together the same information I could get all on one page before. PLEASE change it back, oh my gosh.
This is exactly how I feel, I demand they change it back.

Yes I'm glad it's not me I can stop trying to find the settings to fix it. I don't like the back and white doormat. Colours made it so much easier to see the different stages. It's not an improvement for me. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it but visually it's much harder to see what's happening. A warning message that this was happening world have been helpful and stopped me trying to fix it

You have wrecked your app with this latest update. The sleep function is unusable. Please reverse this update to what it was. Thankyou.

And I’ve noticed it’s not accurate anymore

Premium had the same update.
If you hit the three dots on the top right, you can edit or delete.
Horrible update. Looks bad, reads bad, tracks bad. If they wanted to work on something, they could have fixed the log in issues with new phones. Now I have to log in again every day AND see the unreadable display. And this morning, no sleep data at all.

I noticed the new format and definitely don't care for it at all!

It appears to me that this is going to cost Fitbit many customers. I would suggest going back to the previous display. Even the heart and oxygen are more difficult to read. I will be shopping for a new system of tracking after many years of being a fitbit customer.

The sleep display is terrible now. One of the most important things I check now I don't want to. Terrible design.

It's so low budget, it's ridiculous. The watch is an "IDW26" ... catchy name, right? The app is "Very Fit Smart Life." The "Jungle" has other options, all under 50 buck-o-roos. Frankly, now I am angry that spent hundreds on Fitbit, including 2 watches in less than 5 years plus band replacements. At least I never subscribed to Premium, although I considered it many times. Enough is enough. Good luck!!

Hi All,
I am new to posting on community blogs. But I had to speak out against the new sleep screen! It is much too busy. The length of each stage is written right across the beginning of the graph. The graph is much harder to read. The hour hash marks at the bottom of the graph have disappeared. I can no longer get any useful information from this screen!!
Am I alone in this opinion?

They never will go back. Once they make a change they always say they "can't" change it (even though they had the ability to destroy their previous version). The sleep tracking is the main reason I got a Fitbit. It is now useless.
The Fitbit is still useless now. I am NOT interested in what they have next in store for a once great product. Each change they have made has put Fitbit one step closer to the trashcan. It looks like they will continue that trend. Then they have the nerve to say, "Long live Google Fitbit!" What a joke. Google ruins whatever it buys out.
I am in the same situation. Their sleep tracking is totally useless now. I have sleep apnea and have been able to show my doctor a detailed day by day accounting of my sleep quality. He could see all the days together with the original graphs. Now. Nothing worth showing him.
If you find one that gives us the sane details Fitbit USED to, please let us know. I have been searching ever since their "update' without much luck. I need to find a site that shows comparison screens of their features. If I find one, I will try to let everyone know.

I agree. The person that came up with this useless, destructive change should be fired. I am searching as well. Hopefully. Someone in this group will find an alternative. You can bet any replacement I choose will NOT be connected with Google.
It won't change back no matter what. I started with customer support. I was told they "cant" change it back. Apparently, their programming skills only work one way. They aren't capable of programming for what their customers need or want. Customer Service told me to come HERE to voice my opinions/complaints. They said there is more of a chance in here.
Same here. The sleep stats were the main reason I bought a Fitbit. Now it's useless. Not to mention all the other useful features they axed.
Mine too. Every time I see my sleep doctor. I could show him my daily score all on one screen. Now. Nope. Unfortunately, they deleted all of my records (in a useful format). I need this, not the junk they now present to us.
Not in a useful format as it was previously.
I'm with you 100% This app is useless to me now. Let me know what you find. I'm searching too.
You nailed it exactly. They don't care though. What they HAD covered my medical needs. This poor excuse for tracking is useless.
I agree. There is someone who posted in here that we just like to complain. He said millions like the changes. Only a couple of hundred don't. I suspect he was paid by Google for his comments.

Might be a Garmin, my sister has one of the sleeker models and is happy with it.
