Sleep graph rendering row duplicate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

From a Galaxy S7 Note I've noticed that my sleep graph tab rows are duplicated on screen after I go into it for a 'deep dive' and return back to sleep main screen - it looks like the rows are rendering as new on the display screen instead of refreshing the existing row displayed. I've only had my device for a few days so am not sure how long issue has been there.

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you share some screenshots of what you are referring to? That'd help me better understand and figure out what is going on.

Look forward to your reply.

Same here!

Also Samsung Galaxy S7. I have my Ionic for a few days only with a couple of sleep records (that could be a problem). Application always generates the copy, of the same record, right after return back from the details.

Hi @satelitas, @SunsetRunner and @LanuzaFitbit, people have been reporting this since at least July. Several threads started on this but I haven't seen any resolutions yet.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like after I go into a sleep row to
see more.details. you can see that the whole.thing is repeated on screen.
And each time I go into a row, when I return to this screen I will see
another set of data. This behaviour is the same every time.

Same problem on my versa.  I received my versa on 1/17/18.  Went to bed with a full charge, woke up to a dead battery.  When I pulled up the sleep data, I only had 2 hours of sleep recorded.  I looked at the sleep detail and when I returned to the sleep summary, I saw 2 rows of the same info.  I thought maybe I had accidentally duplicated the data, so I tried to delete one, unfortunately it deleted both.  I have had major battery drain problems and can't get it to record a full night sleep.  I have since tried to turn off the Bluetooth and have actually removed the app from my phone.

This is my screenshot from the last week, while I've had only a few records on it. Today, when there are over 10 lines, all duplicated ones, moves down from the initial screen view. This, kind of poor programming case, happens only on Android application. My wife's iOS Fitbit app doesn't suffer from the same bug.

Just reinstalled the app on my Galaxy S8 and synced with versa that only recorded 4 hours of sleep before dying.  After reviewing the sleep detail, the row was once again duplicated when I returned to the sleep summary screen.  Haa! I just turned looked back at the summary screen and now there are 3 rows of the same data.  Now I have a total of 12 hours sleep for the week, all from the same 4 hours of data.

Hello @varoyer and @satelitas.

Thanks for sharing those pictures! I apologize for the delay in my response.

Let's try to log out of the app and then log back in. That should help so that everything is reloaded from the servers and display the correct amount of sleep logs. Additionally, please try to check how it is showing on the website version of the sleep log.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.

I logged out then logged back in on the mobile app and it is still duplicating the sleep information.  However, I am having severe battery drain issues so the app is the least of my problems right now.  I have already contacted support about the battery issue and they have offered to replace my versa.  Good luck to you.

Hello @varoyer.

I apologize for the delay in my response.

Thanks for sharing those details. Do let me know once you get the replacement and if the situation continued to happen after you get it.

If it does, please share screenshots of the duplicate sleep logs on the website version of the Dashboard and the same logs on the app.

Look forward to your reply.
