On the app's main page I can see a breakdown of my sleep but when I go to the sleep page it doesn't show up.
Similarly, I can see my resting heart rate on the main page but when I go to the heart page I'm stuck on a loading icon.
The only thing that works is reinstalling the app. But then the next day it fails again.

@Andrew321Go Thanks for the update. Yes, I have seen that VPNs restrict the transfer of certain data. Good to know that everything is working as expected now.
Have a nice day!

@Andrew321Go @Lilbiddy Nice to see you here again in the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the data displayed on the Fitbit app.
@Andrew321Go Thanks for your initiative to fix it on your own and what you have already tried. I would actually suggest to make sure the app is up to date. However, by reinstalling it you are getting the latest version. @Andrew321Go @Lilbiddy Which smartphone do you have? I just checked the Fitbit app and could check sleep, hear rate and the hourly activity. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If you are using mobile data, please try using a Wi-Fi network instead and viceversa.
Have a nice day!
Hello, thanks for helping.
App version is 3.51.1 and my device is a Samsung Galaxy S21
I am still having the issue, but it's possible we're onto something with the stable internet connection. For the last two days I can switch back and forth between wifi and mobile data, re-syncing my Fitbit app several times on both wifi and mobile data, and restarting my phone, and then the sleep and heart rate pages will update correctly. It's better than having to reinstall the app entirely.
While still annoying, we're potentially onto something of a fix.
