For the last 2 months, I have not been recieving a sleep animal profile. The app says I did not log enough data the previous month, yet on both December 31st and January 31st it says I have logged all 31 days of data. I have tried rebooting my watch (pixel watch 2), deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, checked for updates etc and nothing has worked.
Can anyone else help with this please?

Hi @Terrifairy and welcome to the forums.
Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about this issue regarding the sleep animal profile.
I appreciate as well all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Please verify if you met the requirements detailed in the following help article.
This might also be due to an incomplete syncing process. Please verify if you are not using the battery saver mode or the bedtime mode, and check the settings and perform the steps explained for the Google Pixel Watch series here: Google Pixel Watch series.

All settings are correct as per the link you sent. Bedtime mode/battery saver mode are not activated, everything syncs as it should and all other data is accurate. The only other thing missing which hasn't been collected for a few weeks now is the breathing rate

Hello @Terrifairy
Are you using the Public Preview version of the Fitbit app or the regular version of the app?
If you are using the Public Preview, that version doesn't show the monthly Sleep animal profile. You need to switch to the regular version of the Fitbit app to see your sleep profile animal.
