These sleep scores are all over the place, they are not accurate & were much better in the previous fitbit version.

I appreciate all the information that was shared in your post, sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the Sleep Score information that was recorded with your device. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Can you please share more details about the discrepancies you're experiencing? Which mobile device and Fitbit are you using?

 

If you haven't already done so, please check our help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app? and take into consideration the important information that's specified there.
