Is it possible to have average times for sleep states, not just percentages?
E.g. I might only sleep for 5 hrs & the averages can still be normal. However it still be below the average time for my age group.

Hey, hey, hey, @Joe_on_the_go, @WavyDavey! It is nice to see you here! Keep in mind that sleep cycles vary naturally, and you’ll likely see your sleep data fall outside the typical ranges at times. In this cases, you can also compare your data from the previous night to your own 30 day average (under the 30 Day Avg tab), to get a better picture of your sleep data.
Make sure to check out this article, it has a lot of information regarding sleep stages and average.
I hope this helps, let me know what you think!

But that doesn't say anything about hours of sleep and hours in stages the OP asked about.

I know that sleep cycles vary & I like to use the 30 day average and benchmarks averages.
However that isn't my question.
As I have sleep variations on some nights by 6 hours i.e. 4 hours sleep on one night & 10 on another. The percentage break downs can be similar but the hours / minutes are vastly different.
So I was asking about average break down for the benchmarks to also include hours & minutes not just as a percentage. So I can more accurately compare to my times.
I.e.
Awake 10 o/o - 20 o/o
0 hr 34 min - 1 hr 8 min
Rem. 15 o/o. - 25 o/o
1 hr 15 min - 1 hr 42 min -
Etcetera
I would find this far more useful than just the percentages.
