Hello everybody,
I have a question on the sleep stages.
Me and my girlfriend do both have a charge 2. She can look into her sleep stages on her galaxy s7 (android 7).
Unfortunately for me I am not able to look into it, I have a HTC ONE M8 with android 6.
Has this to do with the Android version?
If not why am I not able to get my sleep stages?
I have enabled it in the settings, I have restarted my phone multiple times and made sure the app and firmware are updated.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hi @Edderward,
I don't think there's anything you can do on your end. The sleep stages are being rolled out in waves, so it's quite possible she has received the update and you are still awaiting it.
I would just check to make sure you're running the most current version of the android app, and check if your particular tracker had a firmware update recently (my Charge 2 did not but I believe the Blaze did).
Other than that, it's just a waiting game, and I'm sure you'll wake up one of these mornings soon to find the new sleep stages. Hope this helps.
Best AnswerOn my Blaze, there is no consistency in how sleep is displayed. Apparently randomly, I either get the old or the new version.
Does anyone else have this problem, and maybe a solution, as I prefer the new analysis and so would like to have it all the time so that I can compare nights. At present this is impossible.
Thanks.
I have a blaze . After the last update i had the sleep stages and i loved it , were active for about 3 weeks , then all of a sudden last week went back to the old sleep tracking .
How can i fix this to get the sleep stages back ?
Best AnswerI agree. I really appreciate having the detail you can get by swiping between the 5 sleep stage screens... that format is so helpful! Just wish it would be consistent and not revert to the standard 3-phase format for days at a time.
