Hi there @Agog. Welcome to the Community! 🙂

I'd like to see a screenshot of how it looks on your end to know what this really means. If you could take that screenshot and attach it to your reply, it will help a lot!

I don't think there is a way for doing it from your mobile device but your can reply from your pc and make sure that you click on the image icon at the top of the text box and then select the screenshot. It should look as you see below:

I'll be looking forward for your reply to get you back on track! 🙂 Anything else, I'm here to help.

Hi Ferdin,

Thanks for gettig back to me, I can only send the below image and it is not as clear as on the mobile app.

Essentially it seems to take an hour out of my sleep. From what I can tell it appears to think I am awake during this period but I was not...

Oh, I see now. Thanks for getting back @Agog!

Another user had a similar problem and something that might be causing this is the sensitivity setting on your tracker that may think you're awake if you move a lot during your sleep. Please click here to see the thread and so that you can follow the tips I suggested and once you've done that, give it a try the night after and see what happens.

Hope this helps and if you need more help with this, please let me know! 🙂
