Very welcome to the Community @Mcmanda13! Lets try to fix this issue. So, could you please try to see if you have the latest version of the Fitbit app, and if you don't, you can update your app by following this steps: "How do I update the Fitbit app for Android to a newer version?", in addition, restart your tracker and finally, try to set it up as a new Fitbit device.
Let me know if the issue persist, I'll be around!

Is so nice to have you on the Community @zoomwsu and thank you very much for your tips @Mcmanda13! However, I recommend to log out from your Fitbit app, then go to your phone settings and go to applications, try to find the Fitbit app and hit on Clear Cache, then Clear Data and close the application from there. Finally, log back into your Fitbit app and test your sleep tracking.
Let me know how it goes.
