So I'm a bit of a restless sleeper. My fitbFi has been logging little short intervals during the early morning hours that registers as working out on an elliptical, albeit at a very low intensity. Is this an issue? I'm sure this is skewing my data to at least a small degree. Do I need to adjust something on my device/app? Or should I go ahead and start strapping myself down at night?
Thanks!

@BushidoCowboy It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your restless sleep is being detected as an activity. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. Also remember to delete the elliptical activities.
Let me know how it goes!
