For the last 3 days my fitbit is not logging my sleep. Prior to this I have had no issues. The only thing is my phone went flat one night.Can that affect it? All other parameters work.

This is rather strange. Try enabling sleep manually in the app it's self for one night and try tomorrow to see if it automatically tracks sleep.
