I walk 7 days a week but only get 5 days recognised help please

@Grandmama Welcome to the Community! It sounds like your tracker isn't recognizing all your walks with SmartTrack. Please read more about SmartTrack here to ensure all your activities are recorded. This usually occurs when the minimum number of minutes for the walk are not met. If needed, you can always lower the threshold to 10 minutes. Let me know if you still need any help!

Best AnswerMy tracker has always up to 2 months ago recorded all my walks which are usually at least 4 miles long. it seems the tracker does not work at week-ends !!
