SmartTrack activities not syncing

I walk 7 days a week but only get 5 days recognised  help please

@Grandmama Welcome to the Community! It sounds like your tracker isn't recognizing all your walks with SmartTrack. Please read more about SmartTrack here to ensure all your activities are recorded. This usually occurs when the minimum number of minutes for the walk are not met. If needed, you can always lower the threshold to 10 minutes. Let me know if you still need any help!

My tracker has always up to 2 months ago recorded all my walks which are usually at least 4 miles long. it seems the tracker does not work at week-ends !!

I walk at least 3 to 5 miles a day my tracker will only record 5 days and not 7 It seems it doesn't work week-ends !!!

@Grandmama Thanks for providing more information! Can you please tell me how you are recording your walks? In addition, please let me know which device you're using (iOS or Android) to sync your tracker. With this information, I can better understand the issue you're having. I look forward to your reply!

I use my android Samsung phone to record walks. I have the fit bit app on my iPad and also on my phone
I have only just put the app on my iPad yesterday , I didn't feel the need to put it on before as my phone was sufficient
