The watch was a gift, it's skinny, but I don't know which one I have. The survey asked me "Yes" and "No" questions without allowing me to say "I don't know." or "I need help." How do I find out which watch I have? How do I know when my subscription expires? How do I find information?

Can you provide a screenshot of the Fitbit tracker you have? (I know I have an error sometimes trying to post images on this site so you might as well) 

 

There are 2 methods to find your model number on your Fitbit tracker. One is going through your Fitbit App which most likely won’t work for you since I’m sure your trying to set it up. This article will help you find the model number of your Fitbit tracker by using the second method of going through the tracker itself: https://techwiser.com/how-to-know-what-fitbit-model-do-i-have/

 

Once you find which model number you have you can find the match here: https://www.joesge.com/blogs/product-identification/know-your-fitbit-smart-watch-the-ultimate-guide-.... This site also provides you with great images that will help narrow it down as well.
