Solo adventure's quizzes not working

After the recent update to both app & device I thought the quiz feature on the solo challenges would start working again, how wromg was I??? Help pls fitbit as I lose out on landmarks/rewards.

I'm sorry that the challenge's quiz isn't working correctly, thanks for updating the Fitbit app and your device. Just to clarify, do you mean that you aren't being rewarded when completing a quiz? If so, may I know the name of the solo adventure that you were participating? Also, provide me with your phone's model and Android version.

 

If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone’s settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Then, go back to the previous screen and tap on “Force stop”.
  4. Reboot your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Try participating in another solo adventure.

Mine is doing the same. I've tried several different solo challenges and when it says it's found something, I click on the diamond and its just a blank screen with a button which I can press but when it's a quiz one it's just a blank screen and a button which I can't press. My previous phone was a moto g6 play I've now got an honour 20 lite I've had the issue with both phones since the update have reset and cleared cache but it still is not working

I have been having the same issues.i have tried uninstalling the FitBit app and everything. No luck.
