I can't keep my versa connected to my phone.. Lg stylo 4..and will not sync.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Versa with your LG Stylo 4. Thank you for letting us know your phone's model.

 

I just checked the list of compatible devices and didn't find your cellphone. This doesn't mean that you can't sync but just that we cannot guarantee an optimal performance.

 

If you haven't done it already, please follow our troubleshooting steps on the articles Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? or Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
