@Svvitzer Welcome to the Community! Thank you for posting the mobile device model. The reason why some Androids don't sync with Fitbit is because Android devices must have both a BLE radio and software support. BLE is an optional component of Bluetooth 4.0, meaning not all devices with Bluetooth 4.0 include BLE. Some devices have the hardware but not the software, while others have both but software bugs prevent it from working.
As an alternative solution, you can always continue using your computer by plugging your Dongle and it will sync automatically to it as soon as you're near.
Thank you for your understanding.

Best AnswerHi- just found out the same problem having purchased a FB charge2, -and have a Sony aqua.
you mentioned using the dongle and a PC- do you mean the charge dongle which came with it or is there another part required? Not other part was included. If so, what is it.
thanks

It's nice to have you on board @Davidclaridge! It should be a Dongle not the charging cable. However, since you have a Charge 2 it doesn't come with a Dongle. However, you may want to contact Customer Support so they can further assist you.
Hope this helps!
