Sony Xperia 1 compatibility

Hi, looking to upgrade my phone to the new Sony Xperia 1, but its not on the list of compatible devices? I have a Charge 3, does anyone know if this will work or had any issues?

Thanks for your question, and let me help you out. Our team regularly tests devices to ensure that they'll work with the Fitbit app and all its features, such as syncing and notifications. While your phone may be able to sync some times, there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work. While our team adds your phone to our list, I'd recommend to use a fully supported device so you can sync your Charge 3.

This is a very poor user experience.

Despite fitbit ignoring Sony phones both myself and my husband have not had any problems particular to the phones which are not on the list.

The only problems have been those experienced by users with listed phones.
