These features must meet certain requirements that vary by country. For this reason, some features, like the Fitbit ECG app and Fitbit SpO2, aren’t available in all countries at this time. If you don't see the Spo2 clock face available in the Fitbit App Gallery, it means that it's not available for users in your country.
Regarding the ECG feature, Brazil is not included for the moment as you can confirm on our website.
