SpO2 app is installed but Fitbit app denies

ANSWERED

I just got my charge 6 and noticed that there's no SpO2 reading inside the app. While looking into the detail page, there's a note asking me to install the SpO2 App and if I click on it, I'm linked to SpO2 tracker app that's designated for sense 2.

This is what I see when I go to learn more:

If I reinstall the preinstalled SpO2 App, the reading shows up. This is the 2nd day it's acting like that. Any Idea why this is happening?

Well, this morning my Sp02 has returned. Breathing rate, HRV and temperature have alL disappeared though. And to add to that if I look at any prior day's metrics and tap it, it doesn’t bring up that day's metrics but just today's (of which only two show) What a shambles.

I also have this issue. Spo2 tracking and display worked correctly earlier. Since the last firmware update it disappeared. The Fitbit app on my phone displaying, that I need to install Spo2 app on my Sense 2. When i follow the link it goes to an app page where it tells that Spo2 app is not available. However, the Spo2 app is actually installed on my watch. It seems that it's a firmware or app error. Also, the Spo2 tile dissapeared and I can't add it back in Manage Tiles, as it's not available anymore.

SP02 had been functioning flawlessly until this last Wednesday when it was no longer reported.  The app seems to be saying I need to update my device but the instruction provide reference something that isn't present.  So, what got broken this time?  This is valuable data no longer available.  Note that the app is installed on a Samsung S21.

Hello @rcfoulk

Thanks for letting us know that you're seeing your SpO2 readings again. Hopefully, this means that the team was able to fix the problem.

Well, any fix made by the dev team can only affect your device, if you
receive a firmware update. So no, that doesn't mean they were able to fix
this issue.
