I have a Pixel Watch 2 and Pixel 8Pro phone. I was getting normal spo2 and skin temp readings up until about a week ago and suddenly they aren't tracking anymore. I haven't noticed any updates and I can't find anything else about it.

Best AnswerCheck the permissions for the Fitbit app on the watch, maybe an update removed some of them, for example the ones for health and wellness.
Greetings, Az
FFFFSSSSSS. THAT is stupid. I fiddled with my watch and found the permission setting for Fitbit on there and yeah. Some of them were off. Pretty sure I'll get my readings tomorrow (hopefully). I will confirm and mark this answered.
Thank you SO MUCH.
Sadly, this doesn't seem to have been my issue. Still no spo2 or skin temp readings. Thank you for pointing that out, at least I can keep that in mind in the future.
Best Answer@Feral.Queen did you restart your watch after you fixed the permissions? For some reason, that seems to help sometimes.

I have the same problem, in my case since 20th april (I am from Spain).
I thought that could be something related to health licence. I remember that in the beggining they had troubles to activate the SP02 because they needed some kind of permissions from the autorities.
I have a Google Pixel Watch 4.
is there someone from Fitbit that could tell us what is happening?
I have all the permissions activated in the Fitbit application in the phone.
Best AnswerJust an update.
In the permissions section for Fitbit, I saw the one related to health in the "with permission" list, but if I click in the line there are more options and a few ones were not activated. I activated everything, and I will come back here to say if it was the solution in 1 or 2 days (to give more time to get data).
UPDATE 2.
In the Google Pixel Watch 4 I found a section where the permissions for the Spo2 and the skin temperature had no permissions.
I am going to try to explain where to find it (I translate from spanish, maybe is a bit different the text):
Settings >> Applications and notificacions > App's Permissions >> Physical Activity and well-being
Here there are permissions to activate for the spo2 and the temperature.
Yes, I also found the permissions setting there and SP02 and Skin Temp did not have permission. I gave permissions, reset the watch and today both have reappeared. Problem solved.
I also lost the "allow" permissions for SPO2 and skin temperature on April 26 and had to reenable them in these settings:
Settings >> Applications and notificacions > App's Permissions >> Physical Activity and well-being
The number of things that are breaking lately with this ecosystem is getting annoying.
