Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing difficulties with the Spotify app. I suggest you to logout and login back on your Spotify account and try again. If this doesn't work, please try the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
