Hi!
My sister bought me a Fitbit Inspire for my birthday which I was very excited about.
Unfortunately, I see that Fitbit only supports a very limited number of Android devices.
I currently use the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 which is not on the list.
Bluetooth generally doesn't even see the device.
The few times that it has shown up, it has not been able to pair.
Anybody else out there with a Xiaomi - and have you figured out a workaround?
I fear the only thing to do is to return the device.
TIA!

Hi @drosehill, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.
