My device is apparently compatible, it's a Canadian Samsung J3...Fitbit has no idea why it's not working, has anyone else with this phone found success, any tips and tricks?
Are Iphones any better?

That said, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your phone that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
