Hi, 

My step count keeps reaching 10k steps then I lose 3k steps on my watch and my fitbit app.  It keeps happening every day. 

Any clue how to fix this?

Hi, @lkiley1 welcome to the community, can you please post here again and provide some more detail? Which Fitbit device are you using and the make, model & OS of your cellphone, can you please confirm they are all up to date?

I've had the same issue. I get a 10k step notification but shortly after I loose a few thousand. I hit 10k steps 3 times on Monday. I have the fitbit sense

Hello, I am having the same issue started about a week or so ago. Samsung Galaxy 23+, Android version 14, 1UI version 6.1, And fitbit Versa3 version 36.128.6.21. Yes all system up to date.
