I've done everything to help topic told me to do and the steps from yesterday Are still on my tracker and my app

If a fitbit fails to reset the counts at midnight then a restart should prevent it happening again the next night but, unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done with the incorrect steps. To restart: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
