Steps not syncing with Vitality app after tracker upgrade

I just changed from a flex to a flex 2. Now my steps aren't linking to my vitality account. Any suggestions???

That's strange as the link is between vitality and your fitbit account (not the tracker).

 

How did you do the swap between the flex and flex 2? Are you still seeing your steps on the dashboard when you sync?

Yes, my steps show up and it shows that I'm linked to vitality. I'm puzzled
