Steps not syncing with app after switching phones

I'm not sure why the app won't sync with my Alta HR any more. It seems like it quit working after switching the app to a new phone. Can anyone help me?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure there isn't still a connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

 

Have you checked that your new phone works with fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
