Feel free to change the dominant hand setting to make it more / less sensitive.

In the Fitbit App (phone), on the main dashboard, tap the tile which displays your tracker. On the next screen it's possible to change the dominant hand setting.

After sync'ing the new setting is used.

Optionally,

Feel free restarting the tracker:

Restart the tracker
