Still having issues after downloading 3.371

I have a fitbit versa. I've had no issues until this last update (3.37). After reading the forum I downloaded the updated app (3.371). Now not only does it not sync, it won't pair with my phone any more. I'm just about done with it.

@Tmpete  I have a versa lite and am having the same issue.  I have followed ALL the steps suggested with the new update including this fix and are in the same place you are.  Totally frustrated!!! My fitbit is less than a year old and I on premium. Have never had an issue with pairing or syncing.

Same here, no text alerts or notice of phone calls.

Inspire HR. The new version, like the previous one, likes to turn off my wifi and then tell me it can't sync because there's no wifi. This is the first time I'm considering abandoning a decent product because the phone app is such crap.

@SunsetRunner I'm sorry to hear about this situation with your Fitbit app. Please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your phone
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date
  4. Reboot your phone
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Login on your Fitbit account
