Still not getting text notifications

My Versa 2 is still not getting text notification. I did everything Fitbit e-mailed me. I even factory reset my Samsung Galaxy S10 and Versa 2. Never had a problem with notifications until about 6 months to a year ago when it started with my Blaze. Thought it was the Blaze dying. Turns out it is just Fitbit becoming a disappointment. Starting to think it is time for me to change brands.

Hi @Sharils  some members have reported by using Message+ has worked for them. See if that helps you and let us know.

I shouldn't have to use a different messaging app to get my text messages
to my watch.
Fitbit finally stated, "With regards to the text notification issue, we
would like to share with you that we’re currently working to resolve it and
hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app
up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution. We're sorry for
any trouble. We appreciate your patience and understanding."
