Can I stop tracking while recovering from surgery? Not sure how to handle it.

With no idea about what kind of surgery, I would think you would still be interested in sleep tracking and seeing how your resting heart rate reacts, if you have a tracker that does heart rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @CHRISARL, firstly I wish you well that's a lot to go through.  Please don't do too much. It's easy to put yourself back to square one if you are not careful.  You said about feeling guilty about not achieving goals, would backing your goals right down help, perhaps after consulting your doctor. Then once you are completely healed you can start stepping them up again. But you only get one body, that comes first, fitness should be fun. Your goal now is to do what the doctor orders.

Take care.
