I got a new phone and my firbit pp transferred over and seemed to be fine. Now, my steps and logged food disappear and may reappear. Nothing is staying as it used to. How do I fix this?

Hi, @the2stepper , do you still have your old phone charged and available? If so, it sounds like your Fitbit may be syncing to your old phone and only transferring intermittently to your new one.
Your Fitbit can only “bond” to one device at a time. To solve this, you need to turn Bluetooth OFF on your old phone to enable your new one to sync to your device. It might also help to remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings (not your Fitbit account!) on your old phone.
