Versa 2 settings missing on devise

My Versa 2 stopped providing sleep info.  I did a factory reset and still no sleep info and on the devise it no longer shows sleep or water or weekly activity goal.  What's the fix?

I never advise doing a factory reset.  A restart is always safe and is a good first step for any problem. Unfortunately the 2 terms often seem to get used interchangeably. A factory reset is a desperate last step when your tracker is out of warranty, everything else has been tried, and you tracker is no good to you as is, or maybe when giving it to someone else; or if an official Fitbit support person advises you to do so and talks you through it.  At least your tracker came back from the factory reset, which does not always happen.  However factory reset clears any personalization you have done such as setting goals, alarms, ordering of display, etc.

Agreed that a factory reset being the last resort, which it was. I had done countless restarts, deleted the app and reinstall. My Versa is about 3 years old. So no fixes for this problem?

And thank you for responding.

Either way I don't have a solution for sleep info, but it is important to differentiate, when you say, "stopped providing sleep info", if you really mean it doesn't even recognize that you got any sleep, or do you mean that it is not giving you sleep stages and sleep score.

Sorry you caught me on a grouchy day.
