Why is the stylo 4 not compatible with the versa 2?

Are you getting this from the list of compatible phones, or have you experienced this?  There are several phones that do work but just have been fully tested.  I have a Stylo 3 that is not listed as compatible but it works.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, it is not listed as compatible and my phone/texts/messages do not connect.  You receive your calls and messages through your watch?
