Is there a way to change my suggested calorie intake on the Fitbit? My nutritionist suggested a different calorie intake based on my personal goals and metabolism. But it looks like fitbit is suggesting a different amount of daily calories to meet my goals. I want to manually put in my daily calorie goals not the one fitbit suggested help?! Thanks

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Tonya87, let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community.

Fitbit uses your average activity to give you an estimate of how many calories you should eat to meet your weight goal. This updates throughout the day if you are more or less active than usual and if you log food during the day, the calories you can still eat will update.

I think you could post your idea as a Feature Suggestion on our community. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. Please take a moment to visit and give us your feedback.

In the meantime a food plan could be very useful to track your progress. A food plan helps you achieve and maintain your weight goal. To get more details about it you can check this article: How do I track my food with Fitbit?
