Support chat errors. Anyone seeing an issue with this feature after the latest update?

Hi @Tigger3333  chat is available only when someone is there help. You can also try a phone call. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

So if nobody is there to chat on the other end, why is it an option?

 

Further, why does it say "Estimated wait time: 1 minute"

 

And then when you select it, it errors out with "An unknown error has occurred. Try again later".

 

It's broken.
