Ever since I upgraded tp s7 I have not been able to sync my Surge. The s7 is not listed in teh compatible list however, teh software is supposied to be. Can anyone assist me? I have tried trouble shooting...or is the s7 just not actually compatible yet?

I know how you feel @zumbafreak2015 . Fitbit engineering team is working already to have this phone on the list of compatible devices. But @Kenoldbean is right, in the meantime you can download Fitbit Connect for your computer by following the instructions here "Set up and Sync".

My surge worked fine with my Galaxy s7 until Jan. 10. After I received a recent Android update, it stopped and has not worked since.
I'm reading that this phone is not on the supported list and am shocked. This is the #2 market-share leader in the mobile phone industry right now and you don't interoperate? This is a path to losing customers.
When is an update available that solves for this? I'm about to buy a competitor's product.

A lot of people have the galaxy phones, i have th S7 active, not compatable, my comouter is at home and im usually not.
