LGG4 not under the compatible devices

Hi everyone, 

I just recieved my Blaze and I am having the issue that it wont pair with my LGG4 because its not under the compatible devices yet I have been reading that others have the same phone and they were able to get the text and call notifications. Ive turned on all the notifications and the bluetooth on both devices yet no luck. Has anyone solved this issue? Id appreciate the help.

Hello @BrianaE, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! You are correct, at the moment the LG G4 is not listed as compatible but as you said, this doesn't mean it won't work. The only difference is that we cannot guarantee what would be the behavior of the app since in some features might not work as is expected. So I'm wondering if you were able to pair your tracker? I saw in your Community profile under paired device, shows you have a Blaze.

In this case I would like to share with you the following troubleshooting steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app). Give it a try, it might be helpful to address the issue you are experiencing.

Thank you for the link ! Unfortunately after trying to reboot and re connect it still didnt seem to want to pair. I might have to get a new watch that works like a fitbit.
