Still suffering trying to sync the same as everyone. I've had numerous messages back and forth to support, and their solution appears to be for me to buy a new device thats more compatible with their device! Soooooooooo I'm guessing the fact I've synced problem free with my phone for the last 10months counts for nothing!!!! I've now asked for a refund as product is less than 12months old, another that is less than 2 months old, and neither is fit for purpose as they (Fitbit) "broke it". I won't hold my breath!

HI there @Leigh2122, thank you for your participation in our Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I understand your frustration and feedback about the Fitbit app. Note that the intention of our support team is not to leave you in the dark, rest assure we are always happy to find a soution for you based on the scenario.
I can assume you are experiencing syncing issues after the most recent version of the Fitbti app. I'm not sure if you were informed but we have received reports from other users about a similar behavior from the app. If you want to review the details of this issue please take a look at this post: Syncing issues since 2.64 Android app update.
I have reach our customer support team and I was informed the hard part of this the mobile devices you are using despite it is great phone, is not listed as compatible in our list of compatible devices. In these situations where the phone has not been declare as compatible, doesn't mean it won't work with the Fitbit app. You are witness of this in the past 10 months; however the behavior can change when new updates are released. The reason of this is because the app is not optimized to run under the specification of the phone in question.
Saying this, note that there is a new version of the app that started rolling out this week, so my recommendation is to install this new version. for more details check review this post: Android app version 2.65 is now available - 1/22.
See you soon and stay tuned to our Community for more updates about the recent issue with the app.
