I experienced some problems with my Surge after the software and Android updates recently. Whenever I clicked individual items in the Dsahboard to see my records in the week after connected to my phone in Android, my Surge automatically disconnected when i returned and wanted to see another item in the dashboard, and I had to re-connected my Surge again. Could anyone help. Thanks.

@Lamkk I recommend restarting your Surge and then pairing it to your account once again. Let me know if that helps out or if the issue continues.

Hi . I keep trying the restart procedure but after a short while it says can't locate tracker . Do you have any more ideas I could try
