Surge - heart rate and home button not working

Noticed my heart rate monitor wasnt working yesterday - so I did some research and found I should do a restart. Tried to do this and the home button isn't working so can't do the restart!! Or track any run.. any idea's?

Definitely this is a case that our Customer support team has to review, but I was happy to reach out to our Support Team and they were able to confirm that they're currently working to reach a resolution with you. So I recommend following up with them and then letting me know how it turns out in case you need any extra help.
